Summary:
These fish-like Emergences live in areas of the Wasteyard that are underwater or near water. They are normally neutral, but can become aggressive if something enters its territory. It has a single eye on the front of its face that can see in even the darkest of darkness. The cyan tube that is it's tail is filled with pressurized water that can be rocketed out of a small hatch on its face and used as a lethal weapon.
